Yeastie Girlz

Yeastie Girlz (their name obviously a take-off around the Beastie Guys) were a short-lived feminist rap trio made up of people Jane, Cammie, and Kate, hailing through the fertile punk picture of Gilman St. in Berkeley, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. The trio released a lone 7″ one in 1988, Ovary Actions (issued in the indie Lookout! label), which included a complete of ten tracks (only 1 of which exercises at night two-minute tag); some test titles getting “Sperm Human brain,” “Talkin’ Shit,” “Climax Addict,” and “Fuck Yerself.” Besides their one, very little else was noticed from Yeastie Girlz.
