Adam Forkner

Adam Forkner was a founding person in Yume Bitsu and Surface area of Eceon, and in addition recorded and engineered performers at K Information’ Dub Narcotic Studio room, including Calvin Johnson, Small Wings, Wolf Colonel, Greg Weeks, and Kinski. His single recording, [[[[VVRSSNN]]]] (pronounced “edition”), combined digital noises with vocals and guitars, blurring limitations between techno-pop, pop/rock and roll, and (especially in the extended instrumental passages) modern music. One of the contributors and collaborators on [[[[VVRSSNN]]]] had been several other numbers of the 3rd party scene, included in this Calvin Johnson, Dave Longstreth, Jeremiah Green and Eric Judy of Modest Mouse, Phil Elvrum from the Microphones, and Franz Prichard of Yume Bitsu.
