Mexican-descendant singer Mindy was created in Visalia and elevated in Corcoran, CA, building her debut at an extremely early age while taking part in a normal dance group known as Ballet Folklórico Nuevo Amanecer. After registering to EMI Latin, Mindy’s first recording, known as Alma y Corazón, premiered in 1999.
