Water Fai

JAPAN psychedelic pop group Water Fai were founded in Osaka in 2002 by Yuko Kureyama (guitar, vocals), Yumi Norimoto (guitar, vocals), Makiko Toba (bass, vocals), and Mayumi Ennaka (keyboards). (Single male organ Tadahiko Aono became a member of on drums by 2007.) The four ladies gave their 1st performance as the backdrop music for any live painting event. They self-released their debut recording, Ladies in the White colored Desire, in Japan in Sept 2006. It had been re-released in the U.S. by Brooklyn-based impartial label White Footwear Records on Apr 15, 2008, after White colored Shoe work the Exeter Popes uncovered Drinking water Fai while on tour in Japan.
