Veda Brown

Virtually there is nothing known approximately Veda Brown, among the lesser-known singers in Stax’s roster in the first ’70s. She do manage to split the lower parts of the graphs with two of her four singles over the label, “Brief Stopping” as well as the ballad “Don’t Begin Lovin’ Me.” Dark brown was one of the talented but minimal singers that might be within the Stax empire by itself, even though her work there is certainly decent quality early-’70s Stax spirit, there’s insufficient to point that she always deserved a wider berth. After several subsequent singles over the Raken label, nothing at all was noticed from her once again.
