Tony & the Shantels

“Tony” of Tony as well as the Shantels was in fact business lead singer Ernie Roach–the remaining music group was Ian Ferguson (bass), Kevin Runciman (tempo electric guitar), Tony Colmer (business lead electric guitar), Keith Harris (sax), and Laurie Dark brown (drums). Produced in the top farm city of Shepperton, Australia, these were originally known as the Shantells until Roach chose an extended name was to be able. They documented for the Astor label, and were able to concern a garage rock and roll classic known as “On My Brain,” during 1965, which charted locally but didn’t sell off well in Melbourne or various other large metropolitan areas. The group split afterwards in 1965.
