Tide Lines

Known because of their impassioned lyrics and traditional folk sound adorned with smooth, contemporary production and electronica, Tide Lines certainly are a neo-folk pop/rock and roll quartet comprising people from various locations around Scotland. Composed of previous vocalist of Skipinnish, Robert Robertson (vocals, electric guitar, accordion) from Lochaber, Ross Wilson (tips, bass, accordion) through the Isle of Mull, Fergus Munro (percussion, guitars) from Glasgow, and Alasdair Turner (guitars, percussion, pipes/whistles) from Alness, the four music artists came together because of a shared like for the original music from the G? idhealtachd (the Scottish Highlands and Islands) and a wish to kickstart a fresh project. The music group turned minds after their initial single, “Significantly Side from the Globe,” stormed the U.K. download graphs less than twenty four hours after the music group uploaded the monitor and went go on social media marketing in the first summertime of 2016.
