Thieves and Villains

Shaped in New York’s Hudson Valley, Thieves and Villains started crafting emo-influenced rock and roll music in 2007. Co-founders Sergio Otaegui and Christopher Pennings 1st crossed paths 2 yrs previous, when both music artists were using different organizations. Within 2 yrs, the two got left their previous outfits and released a new music group, phoning upon a revolving lineup of drummers and bassists to circular out the music group. Thieves and Villains authorized with Victory Information in early 2008, released the debut recording Movement almost a year later on, and solidified their rates with the help of drummer Joseph Penna and bassist Chris Competiello. In past due 2009, the four retreated to Otaegui’s parents’ cellar to write materials for a fresh album, that they recorded the next March and released in middle-2010 as SOUTH USA.
