The Wizards from Kansas were an obscure country-psych rock group from Kansas. In 1968, four from the five primary members (in the Kansas City region) produced a music group called New Western world, and started playing within the Lawrence, Kansas region, at night clubs and celebrations, near Kansas School. Guitarist Robert Manson Crain, from California, became a member of the group shortly thereafter, expanding to some quintet.
