The Simpletons

Originally beneath the name The Hooter upon their formation in 1992, the initial fall into line Cheyne (guitar), Carrie Haines (vocals), Brad Cheers (bass) and Stephen Meldrum (drums) changed it towards the Simpletons in the account of the simplistic usage of acoustical instruments. With Carrie parting and Cheyne overtaking on vocal duties, The Simpletons gained over the regional college crowds when you are the only real non-funk/ non-cover music group in the region.
