The Rapture

Once hailed by some authors because the second approaching of Gang of 4, the Rapture were the flagship music group from the post-punk revival that swept with the indie underground through the early 2000s. Created in 1998 by New Yorkers Vito Roccoforte (drums) and Luke Jenner (guitars, vocals), the music group toured greatly before liberating a mini-album, Reflection, in 1999. Even more shows with famous brands Sunny Day PROPERTY and Nuzzle adopted; in the mean time, a string of bassists and key pad players cycled with the lineup, with Jenner and Roccoforte providing as the just two permanent users.
