The Limousines

Indie digital duo the Limousines help to make atmospheric, dancy ’80s synth and ’90s shoegaze-influenced pop. Created in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in 2007, the duo features the skills of multi-instrumentalist Giovanni Giusti and vocalist/songwriter Eric Victorino. Collaborating over e-mails and via the web, the Limousines started posting tracks on-line and several demonstration tunes, including “Extremely Busy People,” garnered regional radio play. In 2007, the duo released the four-song vinyl fabric EP Scrapbook. In 2011, the Limousines released their debut full-length recording, Get Sharp, offering the solitary “Internet Killed the Video Superstar.”
