The Exits were later-70s mod-revivalists fondly remembered by specialists because of their mod classic, “THE STYLE Plague.” The music group was shaped in South London in 1975 by Colin Swan (bass) and Geno Buckmaster (electric guitar) with John Clarkston (keyboards) and Gary Hurley (drums). By 1978, the Exits got jumped in the mod bandwagon began with the Jam, launching their sole one on Lightning Information. Swan and Buckmaster disbanded the group in November 1980 to create The Direct Strikes.
