The Control Group

Biography

Andrew Ruler (vocals, guitar), Tyler Pollard (bass), and Jonathan Gorman (drums) will be the components of the Control Group. Applying basic melodies to energizing and artsy pop/rock and roll design features, the Boston-born trio initial set up in 1997. Regularly putting together a good group of fans at local night clubs, the Control Group ultimately gained significant airplay on the air because of their catchy and exciting themes. Inspired from the music of bands such as for example Radiohead and Pixies, the three-piece released their debut recording in 2000. A MORE ELABORATE Program of Pulleys and Levers corroborated the band’s aptness in creating shattering melodies and rocking styles, endorsing the band’s achievement for the Boston music picture.
