Literally a large number of bands have called themselves Havoc over time, but that one was located in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, featured vocalist David Hughes, guitarists Mike Elwood and Frank Rodriguez, bassist Matt Hodges, and drummer Jeff Gfroerer, and released just one single album of traditional rock, 1985’s The Grasp, just before vanishing into oblivion.
