Post-rock/ambient music duo the American Buck were shaped in Queens, NY in 2005 by John Emanuele (drums/keyboards) and Richard Cupolo (guitars/keyboards). The duo’s moody, evocative instrumental soundscapes have already been utilized as incidental music for several tv shows and films, as well as the group offers played concerts throughout the world. The American Dollar’s self-titled debut recording, a assortment of warm, melodic rock and roll instrumentals with delicate electronic components, was self-released from the group in 2006.
