Thanatos

In 1984, Thanatos became Holland’s 1st death/thrash metallic band. Although they didn’t release an recording until 1990, they spent the years in-between playing displays with famous brands Napalm Loss of life, Kreator, Sepultura, Bolt Thrower, Autopsy, Loss of life Angel, and Messiah. In 1989, they authorized a cope with Sh**k Information and released Growing From your Netherworlds. That recording was accompanied by 1992’s World of Ecstasy. Both albums had been hailed by critics and followers, but because of frustration using the label the music group known as it quits in 1992. Seven years later on, at the elevation of the loss of life and thrash metallic revival, the Dutch label Hammerheart re-released the albums and authorized the music group for another record. Founding member Stephan Gebedi (acoustic guitar/vocals) recruited fresh users Paul Baayens (acoustic guitar), Aad Kloosterwaard (drums), and Theo vehicle Eekelen (bass), and reformed Thanatos in 2000, liberating Angelic Encounters.
