SF Spanish Fly

This San Francisco-based Latino duo, made up of John “Milo” Pro and Octaviano Silva, mix Latin and reggae rhythms with components of dance and R&B. Silva, the kid of Nicaraguan emigrants, was inspired by Stevie Question, Prince as well as the vocal group Consider 6. His partner was created in Texas, dropping deeply in love with doo wop and other conventional vocal noises. They fulfilled in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA while employed in the same studio room; recognizing their voices harmonized well jointly, Pro and Silva started playing night clubs across California. Their indie one, “Treasure of My Heart,” received play on Bay Region r / c and in dance night clubs. The duo agreed upon with Warner Bros. and released their debut record, WHATEVER YOU Want, in 1995. Immediately after the record, a six-piece music group was put into the lineup for the tour.
