Savia Andina

Savia Andina was among the first Andean folk organizations to attract international attention. Co-founded by Bolivian composer and charango participant Eddy Navia, Savia Andina was a four-piece group focused on preserving probably the most obscure musical customs from the Andean area. Although Savia Andina documented 30 albums which were released in Latin America including three that accomplished gold position, Navia remaining the band to become listed on Sukay in 1978. Navia in addition has recorded several single albums.
