Mixing an eclectic mixture of gypsy golf swing, soul-jazz, piano pop, bossa nova, and country, Belgian singer/songwriter Sarah Ferri provides attracted comparisons from everyone to Ane Brun to Emiliana Torrini to Joni Mitchell. Delivered for an Italian dad and Belgian mom, she was raised in Ghent and initial found popularity after earning a competition at this year’s 2009 Gentse Feesten.
