Sad Rockets

Sad Rockets may be the task of Andrew Pekler, a Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist given birth to in Uzbekistan and raised in California. His different background is shown in his bedroom studio-crafted music, which mixes rock and roll, funk, and electronica using a filmic experience and a feeling of laughter. Sad Rockets debuted in 1998 with the foundation release Plays; another year, Pekler adopted it with A long time ago Called Right now on Morbid. He shifted to Matador for Sad Rockets’ third recording Transition, that was released in fall 2000. Furthermore to Sad Rockets, Pekler also takes on with the digital/lounge clothing Bergheim 34 as well as the rock-band Mucus 2.
