Rob Mathes

Composer/arranger Rob Mathes first surfaced performing acoustic guitar and keyboards behind Chuck Mangione; after composing songs included in Kathy Mattea among others, his big break adopted in 1996 when his “Celebrity Bright” became the name monitor for Vanessa Williams’ vacation LP. Mathes also organized lots of the album’s shows and lent vocal and instrumental support to the classes, and the outcomes gained Williams a Grammy nomination. Mathes himself, in the meantime, continued to provide as a conductor and guitarist at Luciano Pavarotti’s “For Battle Child” benefit installed honoring the Bosnian alleviation work and headlined by Eric Clapton, Elton John, Sheryl Crow among others; in 1998, he also organized the “Pavarotti and Close friends” advantage. Around once he collaborated with famous brands Celine Dion, Natalie Cole, Elton John and Boyz II Males; in past due 1998 he released Christmas Is Arriving, an album acknowledged to Rob Mathes & Extremely Special Friends, included in this Williams, David Sanborn and Michael McDonald.
