Rebel Pebbles

The all-girl music group Rebel Pebbles formed in 1989 when singer Rachel Murray met ex-Pandoras guitarist Karen Blankfield by way of a paper ad. Adding drummer Cheryl Bullock and bass participant Robin Barnetti, the LA quartet started gigging and documented a self-released, three-song EP known as Party Time. Pursuing Party Period, the upstart music group changed Barnetti with Robin Fox and agreed upon a record cope with Mls Copeland. They toured with fellow IRS labelmates Dread Zeppelin and Stan Ridgway before getting into the studio room in past due 1990 to record their debut. The causing Girls Talk premiered in the springtime of 1991 and Rebel Pebbles simply missed from a high 40 hit using the initial single, “Wish Fan,” which peaked at amount 42.
