Purusa

Compiling sources from styles seeing that different as spirit, alternative pop/rock and roll, or blues, Purusa make single fusion design compositions, subliming their better feeling of melody. Vocalist Kris Kirkman and guitarist Zach Hinkelman founded Purusa in past due 1999, in Portland, OR. The duo decided to go with its singular designation motivated by Hindu sacred text messages which purusa means both spirit and man. Getting into an enrapturing innovative understanding once they initial fulfilled, the duo quickly created some tracks. Purusa’s lineup was afterwards completed when bassist Greg Jackson, keyboardist Josh Nichols, and drummer Andrew Marshall, previously an associate of Six Feet Sam, became a member of the music group.
