A Three 6 Mafia offshoot, Prophet Posse features associates of this Memphis, TN, group — Gangsta Boo, Indo G, Koopsta Knicca — alongside a lot of their Southern and Midwest peers. Masterminds Juicy “J” and DJ Paul play a big role within the group, both for their musical efforts and also as the group is known as after their Prophet label. Their 1998 debut, AREAS OF THE BODY, emphasized gory assault and featured efforts with the Dayton Family.
