Pennou Skoulm

A few of the most exciting noises to emanate through the northern France area of Brittany, between 1982 and 1993, were made by Pennou Skoulm. An off-shoot of traditional Breton music group Kornog, Pennou Skoulm got a more daring method of the Breton customs. Shaped in 1982, Pennou Skoulm symbolized the eyesight of Kornog’s solid wood flute participant Jean-Michel Veillon. By 1987, the group included Kornog’s guitarist Soig Siberil and fiddler Christian Lemaitre along with the jazz-influenced Molard brothers — -Patrick and Jacky.
