Overcoats

Overcoats are an indie pop group noted for high vocal harmonies and plans that blend components of pop, folk, jazz, and glitch. Located in NY, the duo contain one-time university roommates and Wesleyan University or college graduates Hana Rose Elion and JJ Mitchell. They released an eponymous EP in 2015, which resulted in a number of music event looks and support slot machines for famous brands SOAK, Maggie Rogers, and Rugby. They embarked on the headlining tour around enough time they released their full-length debut, Youthful. Co-produced by Nicolas Vernhes (Dirty Projectors, Child) and Autre Ne Veut, it found its way to Apr 2017 via Arts & Crafts.
