Minit

An atmospheric post-rock duo, Minit were formed by Jasmine Guffond and Torben Tilly in 1997 in Sydney, Australia. Over time, Guffond and Tilly would add live show and installation function with their réamounté, and would to push out a number of information for a small number of labels. Dealing with Tonshact (with that they released a 7″ EP) and Sigma (1999’s full-length, Music), Minit created their function, culminating inside a well-received 2004 recording on Pavone, Right now THE FOLLOWING. As time used on, Minit — fitted nicely next towards the rise of atmospheric post-rock ? la Kranky Information in the first area of the 21st hundred years — would increase their live display, incorporating even more instrumentation. The set would later on make their foundation of procedures in the decidedly even more experimental music-friendly Berlin, Germany.
