Lovemore Majaivana

Majaivana became involved with music through the cathedral his dad was a minister of, by performing in the choir. When he was 15, he performed drums within a music group that became very popular in his house region of Bulawayo. He visited Harare, shifted gears and used singing, performing materials by such American performers as Tom Jones and Elvis Presley over the resort and nightclub circuit. In 1974, he came back to Bulawayo to execute using the Marisha Music group. Four years afterwards, he returned to Harare and produced his own music group, Jobs Mixture, which performed several well-known musical idioms. That they had many successful singles in early stages, and their debut record was a big vendor. Despite all of this, the music group broke up quickly thereafter, and Majaivana sang with the true Sounds for approximately 8 weeks. The turning stage in his profession emerged when he became a member of the Zulus, a music group from Victoria Falls which presented two of his brothers. Finally having a well balanced base that to function, Majaivana and his music group released an recording of traditional folk tunes, Salanini Zinini, that he and his brothers experienced learned using their mom in 1984. Since that time, he has advanced completely from his previous Western affects, and his recognition is constantly on the build; his 1st international album premiered in 1990.
