Las Rosas certainly are a lo-fi garage-psych trio formed in Brooklyn, NY in 2013 by guitarist Jose Boyer, bassist Jose Aybar, and drummer Christopher Lauderdale. Boyer experienced previously found achievement as an associate of Matador take action Harlem while also playing the music group Daytona with Lauderdale. Aybar, in the mean time, performed in Brooklyn cult music group Wilk Yaks. Collectively they pool their earlier bands’ best characteristics with a mixture of hooky garage area pop and dosages of grimy psych sound. Their Burger-issued debut five-song cassette, Blossom in sunlight, arrived in past due 2013, adopted a year later on from the self-released “Ms. America/Private Blossom” 7″. Todas las Rosas eventually discovered a house with Brooklyn indie Ernest Jenning Record Co. and released their debut full-length, Everyone Gets JUST WHAT THEY NEED, in March 2017.
