Argentinean tropical music group la Nueva Luna was shaped in 1995 by guitarist Ramon Benítez and singer Marcelo González, recording their initial album, called Corazón de Madera, released by regional DBN (Distribuidora Belgrano Norte), that same year. In 1996, la Nueva Luna came back with La Fuerza Jóven, accompanied by 1997’s Simplemente Unicos and 1998’s Matchless. Mostly referred to as a Cumbia performer, the group became perhaps one of the most well-known tropical works in Argentina, climbing on regional charts with tracks such as for example “Todo Me Recuerda A Ti” and “Dime.” Around the finish of 1999, DBN released La Nueva Luna 2000.
