La Femme

Located in suburban Paris, the Krautrock-inspired indie collective La Femme integrate components of ’60s browse, psych rock and roll, EDM, and classic French pop to their avant indie electronic music. The group was shaped in Biarritz, France by vocalist and keyboardist Marlon Magnée and guitarist Sacha Got. They released a self-titled EP this year 2010 and implemented it with Le Podium #1. Another EP, and their second self-titled work, made an appearance in 2013 and designated their debut around the Disque Pointu label. Having a roster of contributors, La Femme’s debut long-player, Psycho Tropical Berlin, found its way to 2013 and managed to get onto the People from france albums graph. It later received a Victoire de la Musique, an honor presented from the French Ministry of Tradition, for Recording Révélation of the entire year. The follow-up, 2016’s Mystère, was documented partly in LA and partly inside a castle western of Paris, and presented additional users Clémence Quélennec (vocals), Sam Lefèvre (bass), and Noé Delmas (drums) from your debut, aswell as keyboardist/percussion Lucas Nunez Ritter.
