Joy Wants Eternity

Ambient instrumental post-rock ensemble Pleasure Wants Eternity had their origin inside a Seattle cellar in fall 2003, as a reply for an ad requesting interested celebrations for tinkering with the creation of instrumental walls of noise. The outcome was the five-piece of Emory Liu (drums), Salvador Huerta (acoustic guitar), Michael Sterling (acoustic guitar), Rob Thompson (acoustic guitar, Rhodes), and Daniel Salo (Rhodes, bass, acoustic guitar). Live, the music group provides video and additional media. In summer season 2004, Joy Desires Eternity documented their first EP, SHOULD YOU Smash Your Ears Before You Figure out how to Listen together with your Eyes, officially released in springtime 2005. The band’s 1st full-length, You Who Pretend to Rest, was obtainable by May 2007.
