Johnny Reid

Delivered in Scotland on August 21, 1974, pop/nation singer and songwriter Johnny Reid found call Canada house from age 13, and there set up himself being a prominent up-and-comer within the genre in a matter of a couple of years of turning pro. His audio, a mélange of UNITED STATES country & traditional western and traditional Celtic instrumentation, melded well on his debut, Delivered to Move, which became a high 20 strike and gained Reid several award nominations, leading to three wins — including One of the entire year and Rising Superstar of the entire year — on the 2006 Canadian Nation Music Awards. Twelve months afterwards, he released his second record, Kicking Rocks, which gained him another nomination at that year’s Juno Honours wedding ceremony. The accolades continuing with Reid’s two following albums, 2009’s Dance beside me and 2010’s A LOCATION Called Like, both which proceeded to go dual platinum in Canada. In 2011, the Manhattan Information label compiled the very best paths from his initial three albums and released Presenting Johnny Reid, a collection created for the U.S. marketplace. Reid’s seventh record, the radio-ready Fireplace It Up, made an appearance in 2012.
