After relocating to a Colonial farmhouse in the woodland of Barrington, New Hampshire with musician close friends, he visited focus on his second record. Recorded on the house with housemates including Rachel Neveu of Mmoss, and Lukas Goudreault and Joey Schneider of Gentle Eyes, Bad Position followed with an increase of rootsy psych-pop in 2017.
