Helter Skelter

Barely heard about at that time, Helter Skelter have since arrive at considerable cult fame among the semi-legendary Jesse Hector’s ports of call, midway between his stints with Crushed Butler as well as the Hammersmith Gorillas. A trio that also presented Butler/Gorillas bandmate Alan Butler, Helter Skelter by no means escaped the demonstration studio throughout their 1973-1974 life time. However, two of the formative songs, “I WANT You” and “Goodbye Baby,” surfaced like a 45 in 1977, within the wake from the Hammersmith Gorillas’ introduction.
