The Rhythm Ace label run by historic Brisbane music shop Skinny’s Information and Tapes gained a reputation in early stages for focusing on stoner rock with signings like Rollerball and Program 13, a tag that Giants of Research, a afterwards addition to the roster, struggled to get away from.
