While Björk began her search for avant pop stardom immediately after the Sugarcubes split, her trumpet-playing, shouting, and always-eccentric Cube partner Einar ?-rn Benediktsson (often simply Einar ?-rn) took ten years off before returning in 2004 along with his single debut, Ghostigital, for the Honest Jons label. Documented with Icelandic multi-instrumentalist Curver, the duo would afterwards adopt the album’s name as the name for just about any future tasks. In 2005, Ghostigital the task would indication to fellow maverick Mike Patton’s label Ipecac and recruit labelmates Mugison and Dälek along with Fall head Tag E. Smith, the Jungle Brothers’ Sensational, and avant-gardist Steve Beresford for collaborations.
