Ghost Machine

This US experimental heavy rock act was formed in 2005 by former Motograter vocalist Ivan Moody aka Ghost and John Stevens (guitar), who experienced briefly used the industrial rock-band the Clay People. With rehearsals progressing apace, asked previous Motograter colleague Christopher Binns (drums) to greatly help out, along with the next addition of Mike McLaughlin (bass) and Brett Davis (keyboards/consumer electronics) the initial line-up was finished. The quintet’s self-titled debut record premiered via their Dark Bloodstream label in summer months 2005. The mixture of commercial metal and intensifying heavy rock and roll was sometimes heavy heading but tracks such as for example ‘Headstone’ showed apparent signs of guarantee. The record was re-released by the organization Punishment label by the end of the entire year. Confusingly, the follow-up, Hypersensitive, comprised a re-release of all materials from Ghost Machine alongside 10 exceptional new tracks. During this time period the unusually called Stich changed McLaughlin within the line-up.
