Following the unfortunate demise of Blind Melon in 1995, its surviving members ultimately continued to other tasks. A few members produced the Seattle-based Luma, while guitarist Rogers Stevens produced the brand new York City-based Extra Virgin, with regional vocalist Rene Lopez.
