Electrico

Electrico are an English-language pop/rock and roll music group from Singapore with a global fan base. Created in 1996, the music group was originally made up of Dave Tan (vocals, acoustic guitar), Desmond Goh (bass), and William Lim, Jr. (drums), while Amanda Ling (key pad, percussion) and Daniel Sassoon (acoustic guitar) became a member of in 2003. Electrico’s debut recording, A LOT MORE Inside, premiered internationally in 2004 by Common Music (Singapore, Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia) and spawned some strike singles (“I’D LIKE You,” “Runaway,” “Great Period”). The band’s second recording, 2006’s Hip Town, was similarly well-known, most importantly the international strike single “Like in New Influx.” Sassoon remaining the music group in 2008, soon before the launch of Electrico’s third recording, We Satellites.
