Eddie Alkire

Eddie Alkire (1907-1981) pioneered the introduction of your guitar in the 1940s along with his ten-string lap metal edition, the Eddie Alkire Eharp; years prior to the usage of pedals, Alkire approximated four-part tranquility with dextrous fingerpicking. He released many albums in the 1960s, and was elected towards the Steel Acoustic guitar Hall of Popularity in 1983.
