The founding members of Downsyde, Scott Griffiths and Shahbaz Rind — better known by their MC titles Optamus and Dyna-mikes — got their start young. At age group 16 these were tossing suburban hip-hop celebrations in their house of Perth and in 1996 they came into a local skill pursuit.
