Chicago rockers Dovetail Joint formed in 1994, composed of singer/guitarist Chuck Gladfelter, lead guitarist Robert Byrne, bassist Jon Kooker and drummer Joe Dapier. After honing their audio on the neighborhood golf club circuit, the music group attracted the eye of Aware Information; they were authorized to the label and released the particular level EP in 1998. The full-length 001 adopted early another year.
