An indie supergroup featuring Spoon’s Britt Daniel, New Bomb Turks drummer Sam Dark brown, and Wolf Parade and Good-looking Furs member Dan Boeckner, Divine Matches announced their existence in-may 2012 using a 45-second teaser truck and the news headlines a full-length album made by Nick Launay would arrive afterwards that calendar year. Divine Matches’ announcement emerged shortly after the news headlines that Boeckner’s task along with his wife Alexei Perry, Good-looking Furs, acquired disbanded. The trio’s sleekly rocking debut record, A Thing Known as Divine Fits, made an appearance in August 2012.
