Dini

Given birth to and raised in Philadelphia, Dini is a lady urban modern/neo-soul singer whose materials is jazzy, yet very hip-hop-influenced. The Philadelphian (who also will some producing, organizing, and songwriting) includes a voice that’s gentle and girlish without having to be slim or wimpy. Delivered Dionne Nicole Drummond on Sept 30, 1975, Dini was just in the 4th quality when she initial examined music. The Philadelphian is at her late teenagers when she inserted Swarthmore University, where she majored in both music and economics and was an associate of the African-American a cappella vocal group known as Black Espresso. In 2001, Dini documented and circulated a modern six-song demo Compact disc which has two music she co-wrote (“Like Is Like” and “On a regular basis”) and two she composed by herself: “SO EXCELLENT” and “Inform Me How” (which she also organized and created). The demo’s various other two monitors — “Serenade” and “Wanting to know” — had been made by the East Coastline production team Dark Fluid, who spent some time working with Wyclef Jean protégés Town High. Others who possess helped Dini in the studio room include vocalist/maker/songwriter Kenny Whitehead and maker/engineer Aireck Zoser.
