Charlie Lourie

Charlie Lourie was the co-founder from the jazz label Mosaic, which specialized in small edition Compact disc and vinyl fabric reissues of jazz performers, sold via email orders. Given birth to in Boston, Massachusetts on Apr 20, 1940, Lourie graduated from the brand new Britain Conservatory, and through the entire ’60s, worked like a clarinetist with chamber organizations and symphony orchestras (like the Boston Symphony as well as the Boston Pops, amongst others).
