Mexican singer/songwriter Cesar Lazcano started performing guitar at age 16, soon composing his very own pop tunes. Gloria Trevi was the initial artist adding one of is own compositions to her discography. It had been a song known as “La Papa Sin Catsup,” contained in her 1994’s record Mas Turbada Que Nunca. The singer’s debut record was known as Lazcano Malo. In 1999, Cesar Lazcano was honored using a Palma de Oro trophy with the Mexican Journalists Association CINPE for his contribution to regional popular music.
