Bruford Levin Upper Extremities

Tony Levin and Expenses Bruford shaped this group while an outlet for his or her joint creative attempts. They had worked well together for quite some time in a variety of groupings, but this is the first one which was “their baby.” They recruited David Torn and Chris Botti to complete the sound from the task. Collectively this group produced a very interesting mixture of jazz and rock and roll that basically entertains. Their self-titled disk premiered in 1998 and accompanied by many short units of touring. Recordings of a few of these times yielded 1999’s live disk BLUE Nights.
