Canada’s Broken Arrow premiered by past Blue Peter users, vocalist, and guitarist Paul Humphrey, and bassist Rick Joudrey. Located in Toronto, the duo documented their clean and atmospheric origins rock debut, Flex, in 1997. After that, after changing Joudrey having a fuller lineup including guitarist Richard Pell, standup bassist D’Arcy Ritich (another Blue Peter alumnus), and drummer Full Greenspoon, the sophomore Four Methods to Center album found its way to the entire year 2000.
